I presided over our inaugural executive management meeting. The epochal meeting, which signals the commencement of our administration, provided an avenue for us to meet as the newly-elected state exco members and chart ways to execute our lofty plans for the youth body.
The meeting was held at the exquisite apartment of the awe-inspiring AirportView Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.
In my address, I emphasized the importance of collaboration among us. Each of us brings unique strengths and perspectives to the table, and it is essential that we harness this diversity to create innovative solutions for the challenges facing our youth. I encouraged open dialogue and active participation, reminding everyone that our success will depend on our ability to work together as a cohesive unit.
Furthermore, we outlined our strategic priorities for the remainder of the year, focusing on key areas of the #P3 Agenda. Each priority is designed to empower our youth and foster a sense of belonging within the state. We also discussed the importance of setting measurable goals to track our progress and ensure accountability as we implement our plans.
We drew curtain on the meeting with a commitment to transparency and inclusivity. It is crucial that we maintain seamless communication not only within our executive team but also with the wider youth constituency. By engaging our members in the decision-making process, we can build trust and foster a more vibrant and active youth body that truly reflects the needs and aspirations of our generation.
